An airy duplex penthouse in a Kyiv high-rise
The key element of this project is a spacious living room with panoramic glazing and a mezzanine floor. Despite the already impressive ceiling height, we wanted to further extend the room upwards without creating a feeling of emptiness.

We decorated one of the walls of the living room with a wooden panel that stretched across two floors and added height to the room, and on the ceiling, we hung a unique chandelier — massive yet airy — which tied all the elements of the living room together.
Contrary to expectations, the most demanding task in this project was realizing the client’s dream of having a Jacuzzi with a panoramic view of Kyiv in the master bedroom. The search for an appropriate design took a couple of weeks and required several custom solutions, including the safe mounting of heavy porcelain tiles on the ceiling. Eventually, the client got exactly what he wanted while we got valuable experience for our future projects.
