Mixed function spaces are always a challenge. In this two-story project, we combined two spaces that are very rarely adjacent to each other in normal life: a contemporary art gallery and an office for real estate consultants.

The first floor sets the character of the whole space. Everything here is about art. The ascetic décor and a minimum of structures are designed to create a space where nothing distracts visitors from the works of contemporary artists and the exposition of designer furniture. In places with no art pieces, their role is played by décor. Something that you can clearly see in the bathroom conceptually reminiscent of Mondrian's paintings.
The second floor hosting the office space is more austere and at the same time diverse in terms of design and zoning. However, hints of the artsy neighborhood can still be seen here in every corner.
